Last night BANG was extremely delicious. It Rocked!!!
INDIGO WILLIAMS set the stage on fire with her ‘raw, unrefined, dripping from the honeycomb type honey’ performance. Incredible stuff.
NATHAN FILER raised the poetic bar with his hilarious and intricate word play. This is what NATHAN had to say about the night. ’If all events were as good as BANG SAID THE GUN then poetry would be a bloody celebrated art form…’ Thanks Nathan, you are a top gunslinger!
The audience shook, rattled, cheered, laughed and were well up for the fight – thanks beautiful people, we really appreciate your efforts. BANG would not work without you.

Another BANGing time was had by all who took part in BANG SAID THE GUN last night. The audience shook, rattled and glowed. MERYL JONES and CECILIA DELATORI had us all laughing and dancing with delight, CLAIR WHITEFIELD (BSTG Poet in Residence) left us wanting more, (which is okay, cos she is back next week), and MARK MR T THOMPSON ran away with the GOLDEN GUN award.
